Clinic Parking (updated April 16, 2007)

With a recent change in ownership the parking under the Sandman Inn has decreased the number of available stalls and increased their prices. Unfortunately this situation is outside our control.

Parking Rates for Downtown Integrative Health Group Patients:

• Deposit - $20.00 before 2:00 pm
  

• 60 minutes or less - $8.00

• Each additional 30 minutes over and above 1 hour - $4.00
  

• After 2:30 pm - use the ticket dispenser:

$8.00 - 60 min
$12.00 - 90 min
$17.00 - 120 min

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays get ticket from dispenser - $3.00

NO REFUND AFTER 3:30 PM

Best Solution: Park at LRT Station and take the C-Train right to our door!

For Saturday Patients: The office tower elevator is locked. Patients must come to the front door of our building (840 - 7th Avenue) and ring the intercom on the side of the door. The staff will buzz the door open and you can then use the single elevator located to your left prior to reaching the bank of 4 elevators. Again, go to the Plus 15 level (3rd floor).

Other Parking Suggestions

1. Impark (behind our building)
   Access from 6th Avenue (one way west)
   $2.00 for 20 minutes
   Walk across the alley and enter our building through the loading bay
   
   
2. Meters along 8th Avenue
   Between 8th and 9th Street - ($3.50/hr, max. 2 hours)
   ½ block east end between 9th and 10th Street - ($3.00/hr, max 3 hours)
   1 ½ blocks between 9th and 11th Street - ($2.00/hr, max 3 hours)
   
   
3. Mewata Armouries/Science Centre along 11th Street between 7th and 9th Avenue
   ($0.50/hr, max $3.00 for 4 hours)
