Growing up in Westville Nova Scotia, I quickly learned that the key to a happy life is to be healthy and active. After attending Saint Francis Xavier University and taking course work in
Kinesiology and Nursing, I decided that I wanted a much more hands on approach.
In July 2006, I graduated from ICT Northumberland College's 2200 hour Massage Program, taking specializations in sports massage and Myofascial Approach to Postural Dysfunction. My fieldwork was performed with the varsity athletes of St. Mary's University.
In July 2007, I obtained my deep tissue certification, providing me with the ability to work more efficiently.
In my spare time I like to: go to the gym to do CrossFit, walk the dog, spend time with my friends and family. Usually in the summer months, I can be found at a soccer field either playing or providing care for other players.
As your massage therapist, I fully understand the rigors we put our bodies through on a daily basis and I am committed to utilizing my skills and knowledge to get you back on track.
