I specialize in heavy metal testing and detoxification, women's health, infertility, pain and scar therapy, and facial rejuvenation. I have advanced training in injection therapy, including Prolotherapy for ligament and tendon injuries, IV Chelation therapy, Neural therapy and detoxification procedures using European homeopathic remedies. Using a variety of therapies to suit patient’s needs, I believe in an integrated approach to medicine. My goal is to empower, motivate and inspire people to make healthy choices about their healing process, using my sensitivity and caring nature to help people feel safe during this process. I have enjoyed many adventures in my life. I have traveled to many parts of Canada and the world: some highlights include climbing the Pyramids, Ayers rock, Petra, Turkish baths, Thai massage, drinking Kava kava with chieftains in Fiji, trekking Milford Sound in New Zealand and the Inca trail in Peru, windsurfing at Vancouver Island, kayaking in the Pacific Ocean, scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef, biking the Ring of Kerry, canoeing Bowran lakes, 10 day silent Vipassana meditation. In 1985, I drove over a cliff, which was a life-altering event. I had just spent the day skiing powder at Sunshine. My brakes locked on my car and it did a nosedive summersault over a cliff. The car landed in waist deep snow. My friend jumped out of the window and said, “Get out, before it blows up.” I turned off the engine: the car never exploded like in the movies. This life-changing event leads me on a search for inner peace. I quit my job at the Hospital, sold my home and became a Naturopathic doctor. Life can take you in a direction least expected. I still drive along the same road but my purpose has changed.
