ACATCM, Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, 2006 |

After exploring the efficacy of various healing modalities, I have found Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to be the most complete as it addresses not only the concerns of the body but also the mind and spirit.
My education and training includes an extensive understanding of Eastern medicine as well as a number of important Western approaches including pharmacology, physiology and pathology. This knowledge combined with my background in Chinese philosophy and wisdom allows me to treat my patients in a truly holistic manner.
I use acupunture, cupping, moxibustion, and chinese herbal formulas. Various techniques and styles of diagnosis are used depending on the patient's needs. These would include The 5 Elements, Korean, Dr. Tan's and Master Tungs methods, classical pulse Method, Compass Pulse Method, as well as Dr. Are Thorensen's Cancer treatment.
I tend to be a bookworm but also enjoy tai chi and bike riding.
